We started Connected Counseling Center because we believe everyone deserves a therapist who truly understands what they're carrying — and knows how to help.
Why we do this work.
Sex addiction and trauma are two of the most isolating struggles a person can face. The shame is immense. The silence is deafening. And finding a therapist who actually specializes in these areas — without judgment — can feel nearly impossible.
Connected Counseling Center was founded to change that. We built a practice specifically around these needs, with therapists who have dedicated their careers to understanding compulsive sexual behavior, betrayal trauma, and the childhood wounds that often underlie both.
We're based in Redding, CA, and we serve clients across California and nationwide via telehealth. Whether you walk through our door or connect from your living room, you'll find the same thing: a space where nothing is too difficult to say, and healing is genuinely possible.
Shame is the enemy of healing.
We will never use shame as a tool. Every person who comes to us is worthy of care — exactly as they are, right now.

Christian Biscotti brings a rare depth of academic training and pastoral care to his clinical work. With doctoral-level preparation, a Master of Divinity, and clinical pastoral education, board certifitied, Christian integrates psychological insight with spiritual sensitivity — meeting clients where they are, without judgment. He specializes in sex addiction, betrayal trauma, and the complex relational wounds that bring individuals and couples into therapy. His approach is grounded, compassionate, and deeply committed to lasting change.
